I loved this book！ I read the first book Grr a few months ago and was utterly charmed by the characters and the world。 This book did not disappoint！ I loved Hss and Jazz。 Hss completely won my heart。 This book had action pretty much from the start。 I read it in one sitting- because how could I not？ I loved the romance between the two， watching them bond and grow closer。 And like the last book， I was very happy with the introduction of a cute alien pet creature。Loved this book and I definitely re I loved this book！ I read the first book Grr a few months ago and was utterly charmed by the characters and the world。 This book did not disappoint！ I loved Hss and Jazz。 Hss completely won my heart。 This book had action pretty much from the start。 I read it in one sitting- because how could I not？ I loved the romance between the two， watching them bond and grow closer。 And like the last book， I was very happy with the introduction of a cute alien pet creature。Loved this book and I definitely recommend it！ 5 stars。 。。。more

I love this couple。 I think the book was pretty well written and the story was well down。 It was constant action and even in the quiet moments there was motion as they were trying to escape while figuring each other out。 The conflict is pretty much all external。 There were some unknowns but they were reasonable and Hss would easily reassure Jazz whenever she needed。Hss is the brother of Grr who was the first book in this series。 Which you don't need to read， but it does mean Hss has a little mor I love this couple。 I think the book was pretty well written and the story was well down。 It was constant action and even in the quiet moments there was motion as they were trying to escape while figuring each other out。 The conflict is pretty much all external。 There were some unknowns but they were reasonable and Hss would easily reassure Jazz whenever she needed。Hss is the brother of Grr who was the first book in this series。 Which you don't need to read， but it does mean Hss has a little more knowledge of female humans。 Though apparently he left some things out。Jasmine， call me Jazz， screamed， "。。。[removed]。。。" followed by a stream of expletives that my implant translated with increasingly graphic--and improbable--imagery。 Vicious things， these human females。 G'rraylix hadn't warned me about that part。 Hss is so pleasantly upbeat。 Even in the middle of a full on fight he is a bit too happy。 He has an easy-going and comforting attitude。 He never seems to have any doubts about Jazz or their escape。 And Jazz is beautifully sarcastic。 It is instead an expression of the ridiculous/unbelievable situation。（view spoiler）[ Hss's relentless optimism was rubbing off on me。 I wasn't sure I liked that。 Cats and trees。 Hopefully he could get back down as easily。 I doubted we'd stumble across any helpful firemen with ladders。 （hide spoiler）]This book was so fun， and I love this couple。 Even though they were going through some hard things it never felt heavy。I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review。 。。。more

Solid 4🌟s💖 for book 2 of the warriors of Gr'malakin The over all adventure of Hss and Jazz was really fun to read。 It has quite a few laugh out loud moments as well as lots of danger and action。 Hss is an undercover agent trying to break a slaver ring these slavers steal or abduct many aliens and animals to fight to th death in gladiator games。 While there Hss encounters Jazz a human female just ！like his new sister inlaw。 Earth is under the protection of his people so he vows to himself and to Solid 4🌟s💖 for book 2 of the warriors of Gr'malakin The over all adventure of Hss and Jazz was really fun to read。 It has quite a few laugh out loud moments as well as lots of danger and action。 Hss is an undercover agent trying to break a slaver ring these slavers steal or abduct many aliens and animals to fight to th death in gladiator games。 While there Hss encounters Jazz a human female just ！like his new sister inlaw。 Earth is under the protection of his people so he vows to himself and to her that he will comp！he his missions and rescue her。 Jazz is a vet who was in her last days of school when she was abducted by aliens。 They were going to throw her in the arena but when the doctor was she could stich a wound he made her help with the injured gladiators。 When she and Hss meet and she hears english absinthe first time hope blossoms in her heart。 Their attraction is fierce and immediate but the whole planet is out to kill them from the first chapter on。 This story is a non stop thrill ride with lots of passionate and funny moments。 There were some typos and missing words that took away from the flow of the story ， but it was still a fun read 💖💖🔥🔥💖💖🔥🔥💖💖🔥🔥💖💖🔥🔥💖💖🔥🔥💖💖 。。。more

The unpronounceable Gr'mlakin known as Hss is on a mission to rescue human females however his in was as a gladiator on a rather horrible planet that risks his life at each fight。 Not much help on a mission if he ends up dead before he can do anything about it but hey ho！ Jasmine， or rather Jazz， has not been having the best time lately。 Jilted practically at the alter， abducted by aliens and now sewing up the galdiators on some weird alien world is not the way you would normally go about gettin The unpronounceable Gr'mlakin known as Hss is on a mission to rescue human females however his in was as a gladiator on a rather horrible planet that risks his life at each fight。 Not much help on a mission if he ends up dead before he can do anything about it but hey ho！ Jasmine， or rather Jazz， has not been having the best time lately。 Jilted practically at the alter， abducted by aliens and now sewing up the galdiators on some weird alien world is not the way you would normally go about getting over heartbreak。 Hss comes in to be put back to together whilst still high on toxins from his opponent and to be honest pretty much grabs Jazz's heart right then， not only that but he actually speaks English。 He promises to help her escape and save her， that is if the jungle doesn't eat them first or the assasins sent after them。This was a fun book to read。 Hss is happy go lucky （and quite high often drugged bless him） and Jazz is just a great foil for him。 Some truly funny moments and now I distrustful of waterfalls！ You'll have to read it to find out why！ 。。。more

Non-stop action， world building， comedy & romance。 This book has it all！I loved this book。 From the first page there was action and adventure， and it didn't stop until the end。 Jasmine， Jazz for short， is a human veterinarian who was kidnapped by aliens and ends up in an arena treating injured gladiators。 Hss comes to her for treatment and from there the adventure and action begins as the two try to escape together。 The characters are wonderful。 And as we get to know them each through their own Non-stop action， world building， comedy & romance。 This book has it all！I loved this book。 From the first page there was action and adventure， and it didn't stop until the end。 Jasmine， Jazz for short， is a human veterinarian who was kidnapped by aliens and ends up in an arena treating injured gladiators。 Hss comes to her for treatment and from there the adventure and action begins as the two try to escape together。 The characters are wonderful。 And as we get to know them each through their own pov， it becomes absolutely hilarious how they each view the world and each other。 Although Hss vows to protect Jazz and get her off planet， Jazz holds her own and saves Hss's life several times。 Very soon Hss realizes that Jazz is his mate。 He just has to convince her of that after she's been betrayed by her ex-fiance。  This is a good read that gives you fast paced， creative action and lots of laughs （the laugh out loud kind） while showing how caring both main characters are towards each other as they develop a relationship during their time escaping the planet。 。。。more

Hss is worth every penny！ What a stellar second book in this series。 From the first chapter you are thrust into the tension laced anxiety of a emergency repair on a slave gladiator by a veterinarian student who herself was abducted。 Her ability is constantly observed with failure meaning her possible death。 It’s here she meets Hss， an undercover operative trying to shut down this atrocity。 Here the action jumps into high gear and the race is on to escape。 I loved it！ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was a good follow-up to Grr！ The hero is Grr's brother。 Since Grr is now mated to a human， Hss is already familiar with the species and his language translator has been updated so that he can communicate with them， but he's still quite surprised to come across Jazz on a gladiator planet， stitching up wounded warriors。 He's there to stop the slave trade taking place， she's there because she was abducted by aliens， then assigned to the medical tent when the doctor in charge realized she had m This was a good follow-up to Grr！ The hero is Grr's brother。 Since Grr is now mated to a human， Hss is already familiar with the species and his language translator has been updated so that he can communicate with them， but he's still quite surprised to come across Jazz on a gladiator planet， stitching up wounded warriors。 He's there to stop the slave trade taking place， she's there because she was abducted by aliens， then assigned to the medical tent when the doctor in charge realized she had medical skills （she's a veterinary student and used to stitching up various creatures）。 Hss needs to get off the planet with his evidence， but as soon as he meets Jazz， he knows he has to get her out also。 This leads to quite a merry chase as they try to escape。 As with the first book， there's pretty much non-stop action， lots of alien creatures （most of whom are trying to kill our hero and heroine）， a sweet romance between Hss and Jazz， and another weird and adorable creature that attaches itself to Jazz and turns out to be not quite as harmless as she originally thought！ I'm really enjoying this series and looking forward to whatever the author comes up with next。 My ARC had some typos - hopefully these will be cleaned up in the final copy。 I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review。 。。。more
